Great beans for a smooth espresso.
These are my go to bean for my everyday espresso. I'm currently using a conical burr grinder, but I feel like there are great fruit flavors that will reveal themselves when i get my new flat burr grinder. As always, portrait.mom puts out a great product that always makes a good shot.
My setup is a dual boiler E61 espresso machine and a Lagom Casa grinder.
